Anja Krystina Hermes is a five-time founder and the CEO of FEMboss, one of the largest women’s business networks in the entire German-speaking region. Anja’s vision is to help women around the world run successful, freedom-based businesses and to bring them together through unique experiences like networking events, workations, and retreats. More than 10,000 women have already connected through her FEMboss membership and her online and offline networking events.
What I love so much about Anja’s work is that she brings together business, mindset, and wellbeing. For her, it’s not just about a clear social media strategy, a big vision, and clarity on the next steps – it’s also about working through limiting beliefs, cultivating a positive mindset, and managing your own energy through self-care practices like breathwork, yoga, time off, reflection, exercise, and healthy food.
