Project lead for 10,000+ people and more than 100 speakers

Greator is the largest platform for coaching and personal development in the German-speaking region, and I have a very special connection to this company. From 2020 to 2022, I spent two years there as a full-time member of the event team and got to work on a wide range of event formats, both online and offline. I learned an incredible amount and grew enormously, both professionally and personally. I probably would never have developed the way I did – or felt ready at some point to take the leap into self-employment – without my time there. The highlight of my time on staff was leading the project for the first big Greator Festival 2022 at Cologne’s Lanxess Arena, with more than 10,000 attendees and over 100 speakers, including Gary Vaynerchuk, Tobi Beck, Laura Malina Seiler, and many more. After this project, I took the leap into self-employment and, as a freelancer, co-organized the Greator Festival 2023 featuring Tony Robbins together with the team over ten months. In 2024, I supported the event for the third time on site.

I’m so grateful that our paths keep crossing even as I follow my own, and that I got to keep supporting what was once my heart project as an external collaborator in the years that followed!
